Lead Time / Production Policy
At Second Grain, each piece is handcrafted with care, and lead times can vary significantly depending on order volume, material availability, and seasonal demand.
Lead times are provided as estimates at the time of order and are subject to change. While we strive to meet all projected timelines, unforeseen circumstances or production choke points may arise that extend the build time. It is impossible to give an exact completion timeline, but we will do our best to get close.
Once production on your piece begins, we will notify you promptly and work with you to schedule a delivery date as accurately as possible. Your patience is truly appreciated as we work to ensure every table meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Warranty Policy
Your new piece is warrantied for 5 years from the date of delivery for any defects due to craftsmanship.
We will replace your tabletop free of charge if it cracks or splits within one year of delivery!

To make a warranty claim, contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess and work with you to find the best solution.
Care For Real Hardwood Tables
Our furniture is made from real, solid wood — and with proper care, it will last for generations.
Care Tips:
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives.
Use coasters and placemats to protect surfaces.
Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Maintain a stable indoor humidity level (ideally 35–55%) to prevent wood movement.

Payment Policy
To get on our production schedule simply place your order right here on the website if you've found a set you love here. Otherwise reach out and we will jump right on your custom request!
Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Zelle, or Payment Apps
Orders are not added to our build queue until payment of your 50% deposit is received. No changes can be made to the design once production has started. However, any and all changes are allowed up until we begin production. We try to make it very easy as we will be in weekly or bi-weekly contact throughout the entire process.

All designs and photos are the intellectual property of Second Grain LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Custom orders are final once production has begun.
Product dimensions may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of wood. Our aim is to get your final table dimensions to within 1” requested width and length. Due to the unique nature of every single board, getting a perfect measurement is often not possible.
We reserve the right to update pricing or availability at any time.
Second Grain LLC is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, or supply chain disruptions.
